Chanaka Senanayake

Chanaka Senanayake commenced his legal career as an Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 1996. Chanaka started his own law firm in 1998 after working with a senior barrister for two years.

In April 2004 Chanaka was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia as a Solicitor and Barrister after completing his Legal Studies in Australia. Currently Chanaka is attending Macquarie University to complete his Master of Commercial Law degree. Chanaka is a Registered Migration Lawyer as well (MARN 1065501).

Chanaka worked for a number of corporate entities such as UBI World TV, Bankwest, TechnoQ, Metropolitan Services and recently for Sri Lanka Cricket Board as Head of Legal and HR.

Chanaka joined Grech Partners Solicitors in November 2009 and is practicing in the following Areas of Law.

Chanaka is a Cricketer who played cricket in Sri Lanka and is a member of Nondescript Cricket Club, BRC Cricket Club, Cricket Australia and Cricket NSW. Chanaka is the Solicitor for Sri Lanka Cricket Team in Australia.
