Mellisa has been an integral member of the Grech Partners team since 1990. During this time she has provided key administrative support in various roles within the firm prior to her appointment to the position of General Manager.
Mellisa is responsible for:
- Office Management and Administration
- Personnel Management
- Financial reporting
- Insurance administration
- Information delivery systems
- Operational efficiency
- Annual Cash and Finance budgets
- Marketing and Event Managment
Mellisa is a Justice of the Peace and has a passion for reading and continuous learning. She has a particular talent for managing and coordinating people, tasks and events. This has been further underscored by the efficiency she has refined in managing her family; coupled with the vibrant enthusiasm she brings to the workplace.
